  Each name entry has 15 associated fields:

  • Last_Name: Alpha string (a-z) of any length, no special characters or spaces; not case sensitive.
  • First_Name: Alpha string (a-z),first eight characters, no special characters or spaces; not case sensitive.
  • Middle_Name: Alpha string (a-z),first eight characters, no special characters or spaces; not case sensitive.
  • B_yr: The exact four digit year of Birth (ie. 1950).
  • B_mo: The exact two digit month of Birth, 01 thru 12 (leading zero required).
  • B_dy: The exact two digit day of Birth, 01 thru 31 (leading zero required).
  • Mothers_Last_Name: Alpha string (a-z),first eight characters, no special characters or spaces; not case sensitive.
  • Fathers_Last_Name: Alpha string (a-z),first eight characters, no special characters or spaces; not case sensitive.
  • Sex: Male or Female; not case sensitive.
  • Bp: Enter Birth Place Code .
  • County_of_Death: Enter exact County name including spaces.
  • D_yr: The exact four digit year of Death (ie. 1950).
  • D_mo: The exact two digit month of Death, 01 thru 12 (leading zero required).
  • D_dy: The exact two digit day of Death, 01 thru 31 (leading zero required).
  • SS_Number: Enter the nine digit Social Security number without spaces or special characters.
  • Age: Enter the one or two digit numeric age.
